Job Title: Pro Shop Attendant

Job Summary:
As a Pro Shop Attendant at Hinckley Hills Golf Course, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all golfers and visitors. You will assist with merchandise sales, golf club rentals, tee time reservations, and other customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily stock replenishment
- Assist with club rentals and ensure proper maintenance and storage of rental equipment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding tee times, course conditions, and other golf-related questions
- Promote golf course amenities and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized pro shop
- Provide support for special events and tournaments as needed
- Uphold the policies and procedures of the golf course and pro shop
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of golf and golf equipment is preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license is required
Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods of time. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is also required.
Job Title: Grounds Crew at Hinckley Hills Golf Course
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Crew member to join our team at Hinckley Hills Golf Course. The Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the golf course and surrounding areas, ensuring that it is always in pristine condition for our players. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may require some early morning or evening work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging the golf course fairways, rough, and greens
- Maintaining sand traps and bunkers
- Watering and fertilizing the course to ensure optimal growth and health
- Removing debris, litter, and fallen branches from the course and surrounding areas
- Repairing divots and ball marks on the course
- Operating and maintaining equipment, such as mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles
- Assisting with special projects, such as course renovation or landscaping enhancements
- Communicating with golf course management about any course maintenance concerns or issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of golf course maintenance and care techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of landscaping equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

As a Golf Course Ranger at Hinckley Hills Golf Course, you will be responsible for ensuring that all golfers adhere to the golf course rules and regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring the pace of play, providing assistance to golfers, and enforcing course policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and regulate the pace of play on the golf course
- Assist golfers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Ensure that golfers are adhering to the golf course rules and regulations
- Monitor course conditions and report any issues to the maintenance team
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the golf course
- Enforce policies related to golf cart usage, dress code, and other course regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to all golfers
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing the golf course
- Assist with special events or tournaments as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of golf course operations and rules is preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Summary:
As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hinckley Hills Golf Course, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to golfers and visitors while serving food and beverages. You will also assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take orders and process transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized food and beverage area
- Follow all health and safety procedures and food handling guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Promote menu items and upsell products to customers
- Provide support for special events and tournaments as needed
- Uphold the policies and procedures of the golf course and food and beverage area
